Position:-Senior Engineer / Engineer  

Department :- Customer Support

Division : UPS 

Location : Gandhinagar , Gandhidham , Kolhapur , Bhilai , Mumbai 

Experience : 2 to 6 Years 

Qualification : B.E. or Diploma - Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Power Electronics 

Job Description : 

1. Includes extensive travelling in assigned locations & around , to carryout below mentioned activities 

2. Monitoring and guiding installation work of the UPS . Monitoring and guiding installation work of the UPS . Commissioning and testing of the UPS as per the prescribed procedure and test report . 

3. Provide 24 * 7 - service response , " On call " service as needed . 

4. Troubleshooting problems and providing proper diagnostics and suggested solutions if spare parts are needed or repairs .
