1. Mechanical Engineers with over 12 years of experience in Boiler, Turbine & BOP areas of Thermal Power plants for Section head / Department Head positions.

2. Electrical Engineers with more than 12 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Switchyard & Generator domains.

3. Any Engineering Graduate with over 10 years of experience in Coal Operations, Logistics, and Coal Quality field.

4. Mechanical Engineers with over 7 years of experience in Maintenance planning / Operations Efficiency roles in Thermal Power plants.

5. Any Engineering graduate with an MBA / PGDBM and more than 4 years of exposure to Regulatory Commercial & Billing knowledge in the Power Industry.

6. Environment Engineers with over 3 years of exposure to ESG-Sustainability domain knowledge in the Power Industry.

7. Commercial Controller - CA - MBA Finance Professionals with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Commercial - Regulatory Data Analytics exposure in a commercial controller role.

8. Finance - CA / CS / MBA Professionals with more than 4 years of post-qualification working knowledge in Banking - Treasury / Taxation / Company Secretary roles in the Corporate domain.

9. Mechanical Engineers with more than 10 years of experience in Techno Commercial activities - Buyer / Contact for Service commodity.

10. Postgraduates in HR with more than 15 years of experience in Talent Management, PMS, HR Operations.

11. Data Analytics professionals with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar domain.
